Photography of buildings;
According to the Australian Copyright Council, it is lawful in Australia to take photographs of buildings from a public space, provided we don’t trespass or invade someone’s privacy. It’s also understood that a persons ‘likeness,’ is not protected in Australia according to Arts law, however defamation law may apply.
